该职位来源于猎聘Job DescriptionThe successful candidate shall be a key contributor to the long- and short-term product direction for PSS Solutions with specific focus on China in particular and AP in general. In addition, he/she shall also participate in PSS business development activities in China and identify the right strategy to grow the business as well as the action plans for implementing the strategy.Job ResponsibilitiesPart I: Product Marketing (50%)1.Product Management ?Manage PC portfolio, switch, and local buyout components ?Develop, maintain and update marketing collateral: PDS, flyers, and product catalogues ?Explore and recommend directions for future product & solution development?Lead periodical product strategy reviews2.Regional Product Strategy Implementation and Sales Support ?Communicate product & pricing changes and updates?Collaborate with PSS China/India sales and project teams to drive successful implementation of new product strategies?Conduct periodical sales training to promote new features and solutions ?Advocate product marketing processes and tools 3.Market Research and Analysis ?China & India local market trends ?Competitive analysis ?Customer RFQ monitoring Part II: Business Development (50%)1.Localized proudcts & solutions development and promotion ?Identify and lead product compatibility testing based on China & AP business needs?Lead the formation and qualification of localized product solutions; promote and support the new solutions 2.China Business Support ?Marketing and account activities: key account meetings, new product roadshows, solutions seminars?Progressive reviews and business plansBasic Qualifications1.Education/Training1)Degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (Master degree is preferred).2.Experience1)3-10 years experience in control system related experience preferred.2)Plant process with application knowledge and experience are a plus.3)Competitor experience and knowledge is a plus.4)Knowledge or experience with IT, Digital Transformation is a plus.3.Knowledge1)Effective communication capabilities.2)Good written and spoken English.3)Good presentation skills4)Occupational Health and safety acumen
