该职位来源于猎聘职责描述:Job DescriptionThe Process Simulation Business Development/Sales Manager will develop and drive sales of the programs under the Process Simulation Center of Excellence. This role is responsible to develop new service business or expand our current service business with customers through outcome based consultative selling approach for supporting Mainland China.Job ResponsibilityGeneral?Ensures customer & internal awareness of our Lifecycle Services Performance Services – Process Simulation offerings by proactive marketing, customer visits and internal training sessions.?Meets or exceeds target orders and quoted gross margins.?Leverages the Local Sales channels and Service teams to identify and qualify opportunities and drive the teams to enter all opportunities into the appropriate Business Systems.?Works with the local Sales teams to create a detailed business forecast.?Reviews and provides input / feedback on solution proposals generated by the proposal team.?Works with the local Sales and Service teams to convert all qualified opportunities into contracts or orders?Provides feedback with AP and global process simulation team for strategy development Systems Performance Services?Consults with customers to understand key system reliability, control, and operator performance challenges.?Promotes Lifecycle Services Performance Services programs that solve customers’ Operation, and Process Simulation challenges.?Works with Process Simulation BDM - AP, the Process Simulation Center of Excellence and Performance Services Teams from Factory/HQ to quantify value to be delivered to customers (ROI) and to quote services?Works with in-country Operations team to develop local capabilities when feasible.?Works with SureService BDM and Customer Value Managers to continuously improve and expand the scope of all existing services contracts to include Performance Services solutionsBasic Qualifications?Accountable for Bookings in Process Simulation Business (Target will be decided for every financial year.)?Able to travel extensively at least 50% of the time.?Able to interact positively in mainland China, recognizing and adapting to local culture and organization?This position will report to the Pierce Wu for the Process Systems and Solutions Division of Emerson.?Ensure compliance of workplace safety rules, including but not limited to the usage of a personal protective equipment, if provided to you, while working; not involve in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger peers or oneself; reporting unsafe work conditions and providing suggestions to improve safety/ health at work, as needed. ?Degree in Engineering or related discipline.?With 5 years of experience working in the process and automation industry.?Strong understanding of process automation industry customer needs. ?Demonstrated abilities in leading and driving growth, preferably in the aftermarket services space.?Critical thinker, self-directed with proven ability to collaborate and influence change.?Understanding and experience with Consultative Solution Selling techniques.?Strong facilitator and communicator with excellent presentation skills.?Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment.?Able to deal with ambiguity.?Ability to present clear and concise information to team, internal customers, and external customer.?Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate in both technical and business terms.?Ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects, adjust to changing priorities while multitasking effectively.Preferred QualificationsChemical Engineering background Process Industry Sales ExperienceProcess Control & Automation Knowledge Experience in selling solutions Contracts for automation industry Experience in selling Value added, Advanced, Performance Automation Service Sales, Process Simulation.
